Build a shared availability grid, send one link, and watch the overlap appear. No accounts, for anyone.

Pick the dates that work — they need not be in a row — choose times of day or whole days, and share the URL. Everyone marks when they can, and the grid shows where you overlap. Week numbers, weekday names and public holidays are built in, and the time zone is always stated. Sessions delete themselves 30 days after the last change.
